Experience
Zanele Mapukata is working as a Sales Manager from September 2018 for the Talent Hub international where she is responsible for promoting the companies service offerings. Since 2005 she has been working as an Independent consultant involved in human resources and organizational development projects which includes; recruitment drives, skills audit, HR planning, organizational restructuring, competency assessments and organisational surveys. In addition to the above she worked as a Freelance Researcher for various companies from 2010 to 2017. Her role involved data collection (interviews and focus group discussions), qualitative data analysis and report writing. She is particularly experienced in the areas of recruitment and selection, training and development, assessments, organizational structuring and change management. She has worked for companies both in the public and private sector. During the period November 2015 to August 2016 she worked in a National Skills Audit project for the Department of Social Development and was responsible for developing the competency framework for social services positions, facilitating skills development needs analysis sessions and training internal HRD staff on the skills audit process. She worked for Eskom from 2012 to 2013 and was responsible for managing the recruitment projects. She previously  worked for the National Prosecuting Authority  as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from 2006 to 2010, where she was involved in various initiatives covering; recruitment and selection, organizational structuring, HR planning and Leave Audit. Since 2006 to 2012 she has been involved in Psychometric assessments projects for recruitment and development purposes for various organisations, including, Services Seta, Sasol, Nedbank and Ubank. Prior to the above she has been involved in the establishment of the Human Resources department for the South African Social Security Agency where she was involved in policy design, recruitment and selection.She started her journey in 2004 as an HR trainee doing all aspects of human resources.Her knowledge and experience have been expanded to medico-legal work from 2015.
